The company began its operations in the construction and infrastructure sector, successfully delivering a wide range of civil works including Public Work Division (PWD), Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Education Engineering Department (EED). These early engagements laid the foundation for our disciplined project management approach, technical reliability, and commitment to quality execution.

Building on this operational strength, Turjo Madhurjo Enterprise expanded into the hospitality sector in 2020 by becoming a strategic partner of 3PM Restaurant. Operating with a five-partner structure, this venture strengthened our expertise in customer experience management, operational efficiency, and brand-driven service delivery.
